Are you trustworthy? That’s exactly what your prospects want to know.
“But, why should you listen to me anyway?” is a common question you ask people watching your webinars and sales presentations…
It’s one of the great questions that you need to answer for your prospects too.
Think about it.
If people are going to spend their hard-earned money on your products or services they want to be able to trust you.
Or at least feel as though they trust your brand.
So there are always 3 questions you should ask yourself if you want to find out your chances of trust and success with prospects:
1.) Are you trustworthy?
2.) What form will you communicate if you’re trustworthy?
3.) Where will you communicate that trust?
Let’s go into further details…
The first question is easy, you just need to turn it around on yourself first.
Are you trustworthy? If the answer is YES, then great!
Now you can move on to the next question.
What form will you communicate if you’re trustworthy?
Will you use testimonials from previous clients, customers, and patients? Will you use reviews from your websites or from your Amazon store?
Last, where will you communicate that trust? Will you present your testimonials, social proof, and reviews on your social media? In your emails? On your websites?
I say do it all!
Because you should know I love the idea of omnipresence.
I believe if you’re “everywhere” you’ve got a greater chance of getting seen by your ideal audience.
So, why should you, the reader, trust me when I tell you these things?
Because in the last year alone, companies we’ve helped have grossed over $100 million in sales.
And they’ve done this because of the tactics we use at my Marketing Agency, AGM Marketing.
One of these tactics is the customer journey.
The customer journey is the process that your ideal customer goes through when they become aware of a problem they have and then purchase your product or service to solve that problem.
It can go further than that, but we’ll keep it short and sweet for the purposes of this.
For now, you need to be able to start your prospects on this crucial part of the journey if you want them to eventually buy from you.
So first, you must establish trust.
All of this is done by using social proof, testimonials, and reviews from past customers.
If you have any of these things, make sure to use them on your ads, on social media, in your emails, or on your website.
This will help increase the trust factor for your prospects and make it more likely they’ll do business with you.
By the way, if you need help getting testimonials I invite you to look into influencer services.
