Here’s my suggestion for you to get started, answer the most common questions that your audience wants to know.
For example, take 5 questions that your audience wants to have answered and you could make one piece of content that briefly talks about each question or you can make a series of 5 pieces of content. That will allow you to give more complete and detailed answers.

Go to answerthepublic.com, enter a keyword or two related to your audience and click search.
That will produce a vast amount of questions that real people are actually searching for so you can create a variety of content from those results.
