This policy is about manuelsuarez.com, the personal website of Manuel Suarez. It explains what the site collects, why it collects it, where that information goes, and what you can do about it.

The agency, agmagency.com, and the AI Transformation portal are separate properties with their own terms. When a link here sends you to one of them, you are on their site, under their policy, not this one.

The site collects nothing about you until you choose to hand it over. There is no account to create, and reading the pages does not require giving your name.

When you use one of the forms, the speaking inquiry, the Connect message, the newsletter signup, the press inquiry, or the one-time gate on Ask Manuel, it collects your email address. Most of the forms also ask for your name. Beyond that, a form only asks for what its purpose needs: your message or question, and, depending on the form, details like your organization, a phone number, the outlet you write for, an event date, or a deadline.

If you type a phone number or anything else into a message, it comes along with it. You decide what to write.

The site also uses two standard measurement tools: Google Analytics, which tells us in aggregate which pages people visit and where visitors come from, and the Meta pixel, which lets us reach people on Facebook and Instagram who already visited this site. Both are described plainly in the analytics section below.

The site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

As of July 21, 2026, this site runs Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel. Google Analytics counts visits, pages viewed, and the general source of traffic so we can understand what is useful here. The Meta pixel records that your browser visited this site so that Manuel can show relevant messages to past visitors on Facebook and Instagram, and measure whether those messages work.

What these tools see is standard technical data: pages viewed, approximate location from your connection, device and browser type, and identifiers set in cookies. They do not receive what you type into the forms or into Ask Manuel.

You can opt out. Google offers a browser opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, Meta explains its ad controls at facebook.com/adpreferences, and blocking or clearing cookies limits both tools. The site respects your browser exactly as you configure it.

Every form submission goes to Manuel’s CRM, a GoHighLevel account, so that a real person, usually Manuel, can read it and reply. Nothing you send through a form is answered by a bot pretending to be him.

In the CRM your submission becomes a contact record holding your email and name, a tag marking which form you used, and a note holding the full message you wrote. The site sends only what you provided. It does not enrich your record with data bought from anyone else.

If the CRM is briefly unreachable when you submit, your message is stored privately so that it still reaches a person and is not lost. The site’s own operational logs are kept clear of your contact details and the content of your message. Your information is never sold or rented.

Signing up for The AI Build Letter means you will receive periodic emails from Manuel. Opting in adds you to the CRM with a newsletter tag so that the letter can be sent to you.

You can leave at any time. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe, and you can also simply reply and ask to be taken off. Leaving stops the emails and costs you nothing else on the site.

Ask Manuel answers using only Manuel’s published material. When you send a question, it is passed to the AI model provider, Anthropic, which generates the answer. That answer is checked against Manuel’s own record before it comes back to you.

The site does not keep your raw questions in a way that identifies you, and its operational logs are kept clear of what you asked. To keep the feature fair and to stop abuse, the system counts requests against a one-way hashed identifier derived from your connection, never your actual address in readable form.

When the chat’s access gate is switched on, opening it asks for your first name, email, and phone, once. That unlock is then remembered in your browser so that you do not have to enter it again, and, like the other forms, it adds you to the CRM with an Ask Manuel tag. The rest of the Ask Manuel page, the library, and the log stay open whether or not you unlock the chat.

This site keeps its use of cookies and browser storage small and practical.

If you unlock the Ask Manuel chat, the site sets a first-party cookie and a matching flag in your browser so that it remembers the unlock for about a year and does not ask you again. Clearing your browser data removes it.

Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, described in the analytics section above, set their own cookies to recognize a returning browser. Blocking or clearing them does not break the site.

Beyond that, only the standard operational cookies needed to serve the site are used.

The website is hosted on Vercel. Form submissions live in the GoHighLevel CRM. Both providers, and therefore your information, operate in the United States, and your data may be processed and stored there.

If you write to Manuel from another country, you are sending your information to be handled in the United States. Send only what you are comfortable sending.

You can ask to see what the site holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. The way to do that is to reach Manuel through the Connect page and ask. Reasonable requests are honored.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter whenever you want, and you can clear the Ask Manuel unlock by clearing your browser data. You are never required to give more than you choose to.

If the way this site handles your information changes, this page changes with it, and the effective date at the top moves. A meaningful change gets a real update here, not a quiet edit.
