AI Transformation, Live Session 4: Built without another human
The portal session: the weekend rebuilds narrated, the vision-first method, and why the director stays human.
A different type of educator
[00:15:01] I am a different type of an educator, because I build my own businesses, and I don't depend on you buying anything from me. I build my own businesses, and I succeed at them, and then I pass on that knowledge to you, because I love the game of teaching, educating, and inspiring other people along the way. I do seminars, and I do events all over the place, and I've been doing this for a very long time. My first ever stage that I spoke on was in 2017, in January. And I've never stopped since. So we're looking at almost 10 years as a public persona trying to deliver value to the world at scale.
[00:15:48] I got 2 big purposes in mind. I want to have you succeed at a higher level than ever. I want to have you build empires and businesses and take your dreams and turn them into a reality. Because it is one of those eras in which you can take dreams and put them into work.
The weekend rebuild
[00:16:24] This website right behind me has been around for 10 years, and over a weekend — Saturday, Sunday, Monday — I rebranded and updated the entire thing, and launched a brand new website, AGMAgency.com. AGM stands for Attention Grabbing Media. If you want to see the power of what one person can do without the help of absolutely anybody else, without another human — and by the way, make no mistake, I'm a big believer in humans. […] So I am a human believer. But I can tell you, if you want to see the power of what AI is capable of doing in today's era, and you don't quite understand this just yet — stick around with me today, and I will show you.
[00:17:24] You can start looking at some of the products that I've been doing over the last few weeks in my obsessive, intensive behavior that I can't stop myself from doing. One of those things is this website, agmagency.com. I built this all on my own, and I launched it on Monday. From the videos, to the images, to the graphics, to the content, to the messaging, to the pages — every single thing that you see inside this page, not another human being lifted a finger for it. Just me. And the tools that I'm gonna go over today. Nothing weird, no additional softwares, no secret technology. It was all built in a world of Codex and Claude.
Every single thing that you see inside this page, not another human being lifted a finger for it. Just me.
Vision first
[00:43:09] How many people did I have to take off their post and pay payroll, to help me build all of this thing that has brought you to today here with me? That has made you a part of my list, an active member of my list, that has brought you from social media and introduced you to my world. That has given me a chance to tell you about my marketing agency and what I do for other clients in this new era. How many people helped me with this […]? Yeah — exactly. It's wild, right? We've never been able to do anything like this before.
[00:43:44] So: Manuel, I have the vision. That's my responsibility. This is the way it works, right? You gotta get the vision. I cannot help you there. Maybe I can, a little bit. You gotta get the vision, and then, with that vision, you gotta look at the facts, do the research, get the final approvals on everything — and then you can have Codex help you. This is how I did it, by the way. You can do it in your own way. You can go all in on Claude, you can go all in on ChatGPT Codex. It's up to you.
[00:44:34] The way I did it was: I had Codex make the portal for me. The first version of the portal, the integrations. For example, there's a tool that I use for video making called Higgsfield. There's another one called Canva.com. I have another tool called Ignite, which is like Dropbox on steroids, and I have a lot of terabytes of content there and data that I've stored over the years. And then I have Meta Business Manager. I had to integrate all of it into one single dashboard.
[00:45:12] There is a tool for website build-outs. You know how we have had this tool for ages called WordPress? Well, we now have a more modern one called Vercel. There's another one called Netlify. It doesn't really matter which one you use. I like Vercel. Some of my team members use Netlify over here. It doesn't matter. The tool itself, by the way, will help you set all of these up. Codex itself will help you, handhold you. […] It does not only coach you — it grabs you by the hand and it takes you by the steps. You can have large steps, because you're fast and you're ready to move, or you can have baby steps, because you feel like this world is moving too fast. It will move at your speed.
[00:46:18] Claude and Codex are your coaches. That's one of the things that I don't understand yet — people are not seeing it. I want to do this. I want to do a vision board. What do you suggest? Okay, good. Build it for me. You see what I mean? This is the empowering part that people don't get fully yet, and that's the opportunity.
Two builds in two days
[00:47:44] Whatever you're trying to accomplish — a video, a website redesign, a graphic, a design — I mean, guys, I just built, in two days, okay, in two simple days, two websites. I built this masterpiece of a website. It is a personal brand website. Feel free to explore it. It is my partner and best friend, Tom Cummins. I built him a masterpiece of a website that he did not have yet. And it took me 48 hours to build this out. It was a lot of directing. It was a lot of work. I was pretty obsessed over it.
[00:48:38] It took me 48 hours to create a state-of-the-art website that you can go and explore yourself, at tomcummins.world. And you can go in here, and it even has a wisdom center, in which you can ask questions: what does Tom have to say about financial planning? And you can go in here and ask the question, and it has his entire mind dumped into it. It's incredible. Not another human being got involved with this project. It was just me directing Claude and Codex, and they were both working together.
[00:49:59] And then I went ahead and I did this entire rebrand of my website, AGM Agency. […] Again, another example, rebuilt by me, from the ground up, in about 72 hours, by just using the tools that I just went over: Claude, Codex, Higgsfield for video, and Ignite for diving into our world of resources. But this also has a wisdom center, in which you can ask me questions about my content. I turned all my videos into blogs. This is transformation at scale.
[00:51:26] Think about it for a second, for those of you that have been around for a long time. How long would it have taken me? And how much money would it have cost me, to build a website that is state-of-the-art, like the one that I'm just showing you right now? You know what is difficult to replace? AI is not going to become a director like I am. I am irreplaceable. Basically, in my world, I am indispensable, because I have an ability to direct AI that I haven't seen other people have. And because of that, my services are extremely valuable — because I have a marketing idea, a branding idea, and a vision that nobody else has. And I can actually create a masterpiece, because of my creative mind.
[00:52:22] This website would not exist if it was just me saying: hey, build me a better website. I'm sorry — it's not going to happen. It requires extensive conversations and extensive communication for you to end with that final product. But at the end: zero involvement of humans, a couple of tools, and we have a final product that gets me in present time.
AI is not going to become a director like I am. I am irreplaceable.
