AI Transformation, Live Session 3: The era of loops
The loops session: transformation over productivity, two AIs wired into one command center, and a master prompt narrated end to end.
The era of transformation
[00:18:14] I can tell you one thing. This is the era of transformation. We have never had an era — never have had an era like this — in which we change every single thing that we do, and we question whether we should be doing something a certain way, or we need to transform the way we do it. So across my organization, I can tell you, we are transforming every single thing that we do. […] And I am making a push to ensure that everybody, not just myself, is transformed.
[00:19:00] Because the movement is happening so fast that if you don't transform yourself, you're gonna become irrelevant very, very quick. This is not something that is optional in the game of life. It doesn't even matter if you're an entrepreneur. It doesn't even matter if you're an employee. If you're a human being, living on planet Earth in 2026, and you want to stay relevant as a human being, you're gonna have to transform everything that you do.
[00:19:43] And the reason why you're going to have to is because if you don't, your competition — other humans that are doing what you do, whether that's raising funds for nonprofits, or doing graphic designing for a company, or generating videos, or creating copy, or planning vacations for people — it doesn't really matter what it is. Everything's going to transform. So just know this: as a human being, you have an obligation to transform yourself if you want to stay relevant.
Two arms, one mind
[00:24:34] I have two applications. One of them is called Claude, the other one is called Codex, and they talk to each other. They're connected. One knows what the other one is doing. It's like I have two arms, and I'm the mind, and I get to control them. So they're now collaborating with each other and building off of each other. But the subject of the day is the new era and the new phase of AI evolution — that it's the most empowering phase that we've ever been in, to date, by far, in the history of civilization. And most people don't even understand how to use it. And this is the era of loops. It's not just one prompt. You have a vision, you have a direction, and that direction gets executed entirely without new direction, new request, new communication. It just gets done, through and through.
This is the era of loops. It's not just one prompt. You have a vision, you have a direction, and that direction gets executed entirely without new direction, new request, new communication.
[00:26:03] As these giants keep competing for attention, and they run next-level AI evolution — whenever one of them steps in front of the race, you can use that one, and whenever the next one passes on that race, you can now use that one, and you can keep on using both. And if you're gonna go crazy like I have gone over the last few weeks, you can then also have both of them running in different CPUs, different computers.
The master prompt, narrated
[00:34:59] My purpose with these calls is to empower you — to take away any barriers, restrictions, all these limitations that you had. All these self-limiting beliefs that you had for yourself, I want to remove them all. Every single one of them. I'm going to show you exactly how I did it. So: I've been building, every single day, for 16, 18 hours a day, on average.
[00:35:32] What I did is the following. You see my communication here? So: I'm about to do a presentation, and I want to make it PowerPoint. I need you to access my computer and build me this presentation. I want to talk about this. It's going to be an informal session in which I'm going to cover the subject of the five different phases that we've undergone in the era of AI — from prompt engineering to AI architect. As you can see, we have typos in here. It doesn't really matter. I am voice-texting it with a tool called Whisper Flow.
[00:36:22] So what am I here? I am the director. I am the one visualizing what I want in the end to be executed for me. My job is to dream. AI is not replacing my mind, it is not directing for me. My job is to come up with the concepts and the elements that I want to have as a final product.
[00:37:34] The rest of the communication: I need you to make the slide deck branded Manuel Suarez. Now — how does he know that? You can use ManuelSuarez.com color, fonts, and branding elements for the presentation. Do I have to feed it the branding elements? Do I have to give it the logos? Do I have to find Google Drive links and so on? That is 2025 right there, my friend. We're in a different era.
[00:38:11] I need this presentation now, because I'm going to deliver this in the next hour and a half. Take the whole phases, from prompt engineering to AI architecting and AI building, and work it into some examples of how I'm using it. I want to make it real, right? How am I using it to visualize what I want and get all these things done and executed at a high level that are going to allow me to multiply myself?
[00:38:47] I want to make a list of all these use cases — like creating […] inbox zero, issuing audits and inspections, orders and analysis, project managements, looking at opportunities, breakthrough analysis, breaking through barriers. Being a next-level media buyer, looking at performance across campaigns, operating with one central command center, integrating my communication channels, and so on. I want to basically teach people how I'm doing things, and how I'm producing one day of work for me in what used to be a month.
[00:40:13] It's not about productivity. It's not about productivity. We've never been in an era like this, in which we can produce more, we can reach more people, and so on. It's not about that. It's about transformation. Everything that you do needs to be transformed. Whatever that is needs to be transformed. Or you will become irrelevant, and you will become a dinosaur.
It's not about productivity. It's about transformation. Everything that you do needs to be transformed.
[00:42:42] I am the mind. I am the senior intelligence here. This is superintelligence, but this superintelligence depends on my mind. It cannot get the job done to my standards unless I give it my input, my vision, and my direction — I'm the artist. So my job throughout the entire day is now — this is my transformation — come up with a vision, come up with what I want, and talk to it like I talk to a top executive of mine.
[00:43:34] And then I just click on the double-tap function, and I start talking to it. And if I'm outside, and I am smoking a cigar, and I'm just like, okay — what does my mind want to create? We've never lived in an era in which your mind had unlimited capability: whatever we visualize, to make that vision a reality. This is the first era, by the way, that we've had something like this available to us — that all we gotta do is dream and visualize.
[00:44:04] Because in the past, what would happen? In 2022, I have a dream, and I say, man, I want to go into retail. I start dreaming about it. I wish I knew how to get my supplement brand of pet supplements into Walmarts. And I start dreaming about it. And that dream doesn't have a practical way of getting an execution, because I don't have the intellectual knowledge on it. I don't have superintelligence, I don't have the ability to do so, I don't have the team, I don't have the resources, I don't have anybody trained on that. I would have to go and pay to find the right people that has access to the right doors, and so on. Instead of that, what do I do?
[00:45:26] I can dream about it now, and I can go to my tool and say: here's a loop. You're gonna go to the world of the internet, and you're gonna do a lot of research, and you're gonna help me find the people that have access to the doors. And I need you to find contact information, emails, phone numbers, website, history — give me reviews that you can find. Put them all together in a document. And you know what? When you're done doing that research, I want you to go next level. I want you to get me around 50 of these people that are specializing in getting […] brands like ours into Walmart. Then I need you to put together an email, and you're gonna cold email these people, and whoever has a form on their website, you can fill out the form.
[00:46:19] And that's the whole dream. So now I take that dream, and instead of having to go to people and agencies and pay money and so on, I dump it into something like this — and the next day, I wake up […]. That's the reality of what we're going through right now that you need to start thinking with. That's an example of a dream that, a couple of years ago, I didn't know how to execute on or make a reality.
[00:46:46] So I gave this prompt, and I asked it: is it better to use my local PowerPoint, or do you want to build it in-house? And it told me, in the script, it said: it's better for me to do it first, because of the time constraint. Okay, great — go ahead and build it. So then, it did this. And it gave me the entire presentation.
[00:48:08] I have been doing webinars for 10 years. I have spent weeks — countless weeks. Many of you have done my webinars. Many of you have attended them. I have put blood, heart, sweat, and tears into my webinars for years. And now, I just communicate what I want, and I get a webinar. Just like that. It was about 3 minutes. I had to correct a couple things, very simple. But I got the webinar presentation built on my mind. It's not built on Codex's mind — it's built on my mind. It just helped me put it all together.
